I started my 10-weeks during the Winter 2017 session. I was a senior in high school and I had injured myself multiple times during the track and cross country seasons. I wanted a way to stay in shape, and my mom was already a member at Farrell's. She convinced me to try it out since I couldn't long-distance run anymore, and I had no idea how much this program was about to change my life.
During my 10-week challenge, not only did I physically stronger, but I gained a mental strength that I never had before. I learned how to overcome challenges and always push myself the extra mile. I made friends that I know will be in my life forever. I never knew that it would be possible to have a gym family, but Farrell's has most definitely become a second family that I will cherish forever. The love and acceptance that I received at humbled to be in a position to help others in a way that I myself was helped, by making every member feel like they are part of the family.
