I'm Theresa! I have been a lifelong lover of sports and a dedicated member of the Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping (FXB) community.
I joined FXB because my wife had found a family of people who were supportive and genuine, and she wanted me to be a part of it too. And she was right! Since joining, I have continued to show up and bask in the encouragement and support of the FXB community, even as I battle chronic pain and mobility issues.
My passion for fitness and wellness extends beyond FXB. I have been a youth softball and volleyball coach for 38 years and have been a yoga teacher since 2013. When I'm not working out, I love spending time with my children and grandchildren, exploring the great outdoors with my wife and our dogs, and finding adventures through travel.
Working at FXB allows me to continue to show up for myself so I can show up for those I love. And that's what it's all about, isn't it? Being the best version of ourselves so we can show up for the people we care about.
